Terrific class series focused on helping you to understand all your options and the risks.benefits associated with each one, helping you make informed choices for your pregnancy and birth. Heidi also offers one on one, personalized in-home childbirth education.
Online Childbirth Class with Rebekah Porter of Blissful Birthing TN. Truly fantastic class, only takes about two hours to complete and can be done from your own home. This class is designed and offered by an experienced, professional doula and birth worker and includes many topics from birth planning to breastfeeding and everything in between.
Blooma Yoga Childbirth Classes and Breastfeeding Education Classes ranging from quick birth basics to more in-depth instruction, breastfeeding classes, and prenatal and postpartum yoga classes. Classes are taught by a team of professionals trained in doula work, Lamaze, yoga, and Lactation Consulting.
Hypnobabies Childbirth Classes with Nashville Birth and Babies. Wonderful informtaive class that teaches self-hypnosis for childbirth and provides thorough, evidence-based information on pregnancy and birth.
Chirpractic Care and Prenatal Massage Therapists
Chiro4All. Dr. Alae Rabiei specializes in chiropractic care for pregnancy and is Webster certified. She provides knowledgable and personalized care for expecting mothers as well as children.
Dr. Kristen Walkerwicz at Nashville Spine, Sport, and Family Chiropractic provides excellent chiropractic care for the entire family.
Womankind Massage provides excellent prenatal massage therapy. Kari Jenkins specializes in massage therapy specifically for women, providing services for overall women’s health, fertility, and pregnancy.
